These are transparent silicone or plastic phone cases / covers with a design printed on the back, not overlapping the sides.
These cases do not cover the front of the phone, just all around sides and back for silicone, and just sides and back for plastic (due to specifics of the material top and bottom are open).
All phone ports are easily accessible with the case on.
