★"TWR-JP" has devised a "強化パーツ® = Reinforced parts" system that prevents seizure caused by insufficient lubrication in the engine head peculiar to RFVC engines, uneven wear of contact surfaces, galling and multi-hole symptoms.
By increasing the amount of oil discharged from the crankcase oil bolt that pumps engine oil from the oil pump to the oil line and the oil bolt that introduces engine oil to the cylinder head, high lubrication is quickly performed from start to full rotation.
"TWR-JP" establishes this system and is a "強化パーツ® = Reinforced parts" for the purpose of improving the metal wear resistance of the camshaft and rocker arm ASSY of the RFVC engine and the cooling effect of the engine head.
◆Characteristics of oil line "強化パーツ® = Reinforced Parts" bolt
1. “Full cone orifice system”
By expanding the discharge port diameter of both the oil pump and the engine head oil bolt, and by uniquely revising the shape of the discharge port of the genuine parts, we have achieved +30% more engine oil flow.

◆Regardless of seasonal temperature changes, the rate of oil temperature rise due to heat generated by the RFVC engine is much higher in city driving and short-distance high-speed driving [STOP & GO] compared to non-stop driving including touring. This is because the oil temperature is slow to drop, and the inside of the engine head, which is far from the oil pump, gets hotter than expected, making it easier for the oil film to break.
