Check photos closely for condition. You can see from my pics that this book is diamond cut from the cover to all the pages.  I took lots of photos, please study them.  The book is complete with all pages intact, no cut outs.

Shipping quotes (pricing) are based upon shipping inside the continental United States.  The shipping price to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico will be higher than what is stated in the auction.  We use the Global Shipping Program, so combined shipping is only available if you are within the United States (NO EXCEPTIONS and I am no longer answering questions about the Global Shipping Program).  In the interest of fairness to all bidders, we do not end auctions early.
