At first I thought key was missing for this - but then, reading the back, and talking to others older than myself - they were not issued with them for home use and emptying. Rather, people saved their money, and the banks were opened at post offices with special keys issue to staff, for paying into an account. Neat idea! Not boxed. See photographs for details of any areas of wear etc. Marks to surfaces of the covering. Exposed metal surfaces show some corrosion.
