Q: Order processing time?

Q: After-sale warranty.
A:The warranty period of our monitoring equipment is one year, and if there is a quality problem within one month, the product will be replaced free of charge.

Q: After-sale reissue shipping fee.
A:If the product has quality problems for more than one month, the buyer needs to pay the shipping cost of the replacement product.

Q:Reasons for device offline:
A:1. The device is not powered on, first check whether the power supply is connected.
2. The camera is not connected to the Internet, (whether the WiFi password has been changed. Whether the router can access the Internet normally.)
3. Router problem. (Lower-end routers have too low cache, and when multiple electronic devices are connected, the device will be squeezed out of the line.)
4. It may be caused by network fluctuations and power supply voltage fluctuations.
Workaround: You can disconnect the camera from power, connect it to power, and restart the camera. Then refresh the device list on the phone, and the device will show that it is online. If there is still no online display, restore the camera to factory settings, and then click Add Device in the upper right corner to add it again.
PLEASE NOTE: Remember to improve the camera and router positions and reboot the router.
