The Special designation is for the Kolb tuners. Comes with all of its original parts, including the case.

The original tailpiece has a broken tine, a finger that holds the hi E string (see pic). The replaced tailpiece is period correct, well from the early 60’s anyways.

The swapped out bridge base drops the bridge lower for better string action. The replaced bridge base is made by Resomax.
