This vintage mid-century teak glass-topped coffee table has been sympathetically restored by The Furniture Sanctuary. The coffee table is an excellent example of mid-century furniture design (c.1970's) and has stylish and practical design features. The coffee table is suited to smaller living spaces, but could be used in larger living spaces as an additional coffe table, perhaps in the corner of a room or to the side of seating.

The coffee table has open dividers below the glass-topped surface. This is ideal for storing laptops, your favourite books or vinyl records. Underneath the coffee table are new castors so that the table can be moved easily. These castors have a locking function that allows the coffee table to sit securely if desired.

The teak wood surfacess have been lightly sanded, oiled and finished with beeswax polish. The dividing panels show a lovely grain finish. The original tempered glass is in good condition, although there are some scratches and marks visible when viewed in certain lights and from certain angles.
