Ink levels are NOT checked on pens. It's best to assume that ink will need to be refilled or replaced. I will give them a quick writing test before they go into storage and I'll leave that result below. These pens are used and might have various kinds of wear (scrapes, scratches, faded lettering, scents, dings, dents, markings, etc.).
Did the pen write during the test? No.
