You are looking at an Alex Rodriguez limited edition (#4007 of 5,000) Highland Mint 1 troy ounce silver series medallion in mint, untouched condition. Please see pics. 

This Alex Rodriguez coin is made of 1 oz of fine silver and comes in its original display box and is protected in a hard case capsule (see photo).
