This is a nice Fisher Price Disney Dumbo the Elephant Amazing Animals click clacking animal. This is a preschool toy, for 8 months and up. Legs make noise as they move and have different sensations for touch.

This is a used item, I have cleaned it off but not bleached it. I'm sure I missed a little mark here or there and would advise cleaning it yourself before giving it to a child.

Overall good used condition, not seeing much in the way of scuffs or wear.
