This is a vintage Kenner Star Wars Episode V - The Empire Strikes Back Tauntaun action figure from 1980, manufactured in Hong Kong. It is used and in fair condition, slight wear from many hours of play. Comes with saddle and chomping bit which is split by the mouth and the reins are also split in the middle as seen in the pics.

Ok, let's address the 500 pound gorilla in the room here. How can you look at this creature without feeling pity? I mean this species had a rough go in ESB. First, Luke's tauntaun got b slapped to death. Then, Han Solo's met its demise by freezing. But there wouldn't have been a Star Wars VI were it not for the tauntaun's warm innards. Note that this version of the tauntaun does not have a belly that opens.
