This unit includes cast iron grates enameled in porcelain for an easy-to-clean, durable grate that conducts and retains heat better than stainless steel. The enamel coating transfers heat directly from the grates to the food for searing and locking in food's natural juices. The warming rack is also porcelain enameled with chrome plated supports. Includes heavy-duty wheels for backyard portability and an adjustable wire charcoal tray for fine-tuning temperature when cooking different types of food. Reloading or stoking charcoal is made simple by opening the steel access door on the front of the grill.
Additional features include: removable ash pan for easy clean-up, sliding side dampers and steel smoke stack with adjustable flue for additional heat control and stainless temperature gauge for indicating ideal searing and cooking temperatures. Hood is constructed of powder coated steel.
