This is a NASCAR Team Speed Bear Collectable.  It is the #31 bear of Mike Skinner.  It is a bean bag plush toy.  It is new with tags that tell the date and career stats.  It is 8 inches tall.  This was a garage sale find.  Bear is in great condition and was well packed in a box.  I do combine shipping on items sold.  Check out my other items.
