Original copyright is 1930, but the front flap lists to The Secret in the Old Attic so this was probably published in 1944.

Hardcover in dustjacket, 200 pages, with a black and white frontispiece.

Good condition.  Unmarked, tightly bound, in a good, unclipped jacket, that's NOT a library discard.  The jacket has small tears on its spine ends and edges, mild wrinkling and a couple of oxidation stains in back.  Some foxing of the endpapers, and stains on the outer edges of the textblock.
