Here is a vintage ball peen hammer maker marked.Plumb U.S., I think this could be Military WWII!, It weights about 13 oz. over all, I'm guessing the head alone would be 8 oz. The original "Tested Plumb Hickory" handle is 12-1/2" long.The head measures 3-1/4" long by 1" across the face. I think this vintage hammer was never used!
