You are looking at a Funko Special Edition Glow CHASE version of the Hinata Hyuga (Twin Lion Fist) Pop Vinyl Figure made by Funko from the Japanese anime series Naruto Shippuden (#1339).

The Pop features the future wife of Seventh Hokage Naruto Uzumaki, Hinata Hyuga, as she appeared during the events of the Fourth Great Ninja war as part of the Allied Shinobi Forces, seen on this Pop using her Gentle Step Twin Lion Fist attack against enemies such as White Zetsu and the Akatsuki.  Hinata is voiced in the English dub of the anime series, and the following Boruto series, by American voice actress Stephanie Sheh.

The Pop is originally an Entertainment Earth exclusive straight from the US and features the Funko Special Edition sticker for overseas releases.  This is the 1 in 6 rarity CHASE variant of Hinata, which shows both her Byakugan eyes and Twin Lion Fist chakra power to glow in the dark.

The Pop and box are both in near mint condition.  This will be bubble wrapped very well to avoid damage during transit.
