We are a team of designers and manufacturers of magazine loading devices for automatic rifles.
We produce our devices with 3d printing technology, using only high-quality plastic with enhanced
characteristics.
The devices were designed by a group of developers of the Institute of Engineering Thermophysics in
Kiev, taking into account all the wishes and comments of the military personnel.
The purpose of development was to create the most reliable, lightweight, easy to use and convenient
speedloader, which are also easily disassembled for cleaning purposes.
We have also achieved flawless operation and high-speed magazine loading with our devices.
Thousands of our magazine speedloaders daily benefit the Armed Forces of Ukraine, tested and approved by the military personnel in combat zones.
For 5.56mm / .223 magazines, including PMAG, MGT, Hexmag, and Lancer.
Specifications:
- Manufacturing process: 3D printing
- Plastic: PETG, for strong, impact-resistant and durable parts. Withstands the temperatures ranging from -45°C to 75°C.
- Body: appropriate shape, large space for loading cartridges, 7mm hole for attaching to a clip, ring or paracord.
- Lever: anatomical shape allows comfortable pressing by people with both large and small hands.
- Spring: zinc-plated steel additionally lubricated with specialized grease to protect against moisture, corrosion, and freezing.
- Screws: stainless steel A2 Tool steel, which provides corrosion resistance and long service life.
- Hexagonal slot (INBUS).
- Nuts: stainless steel A2 Tool steel.
- Weight: 90 grams
Each device we assemble is hand-assembled and tested.
