Quite a lovely frame that would definitely suffice as a gift! This is a desktop/shelf frame; it has no hanging hooks. It can be oriented only in the one direction-- portrait style.
Pre-owned, but presumed unused. Original inset is still present and the felt on back is just about perfect-- metal has begun to develop some patina -- looks nice! Please see photos of actual item!
