This is a Handpainted vintage / antique item

I believe it to be a shepherd however I may be wrong

The boy is wearing historical clothing and holding a removeable bar / stick

He is wearing black boots and a hat

Quite a lovely item and I cannot find any others at all online like this

Perhaps is an antique / vintage cake topper? Or he is part of a set and the bar attached to the underside of his foot is to attach him

Not sure what era he belongs to

He stands about 10cm tall

The material he is made of seems to be very Early plastic or resin?
