Cartridge works. You will need to provide your own microsd card. Comes with the serial cable that attached from the cart to where the 1541 floppy drive would go on a real Commodore 64. Also included is a wireless speaker that hooks up to the cartridge for floppy noise. This cartridge works great. I am only selling it because I purchased an Ultimate 1541 II+.
