An unusual skirt from the late Victorian Era - circa 1890's.
No label - handmade.
Color -Stripes in barn red & warm medium brown. Fully lined in rose-beige cotton.
Fabric - the exterior is heavy cotton w/a twill-like weave - classic Victorian cotton lining.
Description - set-on waistband w/1 front button. The skirt is open in front from waist to hem. A few tiny gathers in back. The back also has a small train.
Size - small - actual measurements - waist 22", hips 42", length front 48", length back 51"
Condition - overall good (this skirt is 130 years old) - has a little age/wear - small rip at back waistband, button in front looks like a replacement, 2 tiny holes - a few small, light spots. Otherwise good.
