Offered for your consideration is this Antique Golden Solid Oak Bathroom Towel Bar and Soap Display Shelf or Book Shelf, etc. I could see small picture frames standing on the top board or revert it the other way & it could hold cookbooks, books or it could even be a plate rack. It could be used for many purposes but it's usually purchased for the bathroom. It measures approx. 24" wide x 9" high and comes out from the wall 2-3/8".  The space between the bars is 1-3/8". Towels, soaps, books & coffee mug in these pictures are not included...they were used for display purposes only.
