From Khouribga, Morocco. Cretaceous age, Campanian - Maastrichtian - approximately 70 Million years old

As pictured, the tooth measures approx 50mm (2 inches) long

Mosasaurs were an extinct group of aquatic reptiles that lived from about 82 to 66 million years ago during late Cretaceous. Mosasaurs were equipped with robust jaws capable of swinging back and forth and had strong muscles capable of powerful bites using dozens of large teeth designed for cutting prey. They had four paddles and a strong tail to propel themselves through the water
