Shipping & Taxes:

1.Rugs larger than 10 feet wide will be shipped folded, which may result in creases and the rug not laying flat initially. This is common with folded rugs and any wrinkles or lumps will diminish within a few weeks of use.

2.Buyers are responsible for any applicable customs and import taxes. Delays due to customs are beyond our control and we cannot be held liable for them.

3.All items will be shipped promptly after payment has been cleared.

4.Please ensure that your address and contact details are correct and complete to facilitate timely shipping and delivery.

5.All items will be shipped from India.

6.The handling time for each item may vary.

7.The estimated delivery time is typically 4-7 days after the item has been shipped.

Return & Exchange:

1.Most items listed in our store are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days after delivery.

2.Custom orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

3.Buyers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.

4.The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

5.The buyer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the item during return shipping.

Cancellations:

1.We accept cancellations within 24 hours of placing the order.

2.If you wish to cancel your order after the 24-hour period has elapsed, a cancellation charge may apply. This charge is incurred due to the costs associated with canceling orders during production.
