Once verified, purchase the listing, ship your unit and provide tracking to us via messaging on eBay.
2. Packing Your Unit
Ensure unit is secured in protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Please note, we may use the same packaging to return your item, so it should be durable enough for two trips.
3. Servicing Your Unit
The day your unit is received it will be carefully serviced and then prepped for return shipment.
The shipping you purchase in this listing will dictate its expected arrival time.
We will provide your tracking number via eBay messages.
4. Issues on Return
It is our intent to service your unit perfectly, but on occasion there are issues that do arise.
If there is an issue with your unit upon return we ask that you please notify us immediately so we can determine it?s source and assist in resolving it if possible.
5. Servicing Issues
Very rarely there may be modules we cannot reset. Should this be the case we will notify you and return your item immediately.
Once you?ve verified receipt of your unit, you will receive a refund for the amount you paid us.
6. Resolutions

If an issue should arise during your transaction, we ask that you please allow us to address and/or attempt to resolve it for you, prior to leaving any feedback.
The initial shipment to us from you must be provided at your expense. NOTE: We can not service your unit until we receive it, so please be prepared to ship it immediately for fastest service.
You must ensure your unit is packaged securely to prevent damages during shipment.
** Keep in mind your unit may be returned in the same packaging you send it in, so please pack it so it can make both trips.

If your unit has issues upon return you must notify us withing 30 days of the receipt of return in order to be eligible for refund of services process.

If upon return of your unit (after our reset),
there are still crash codes stored in the module:
· You will receive a refund in the amount you paid us. In order to receive a refund you MUST provide a diagnostic report (at your own expense) verifying the crash code readings still on your unit.
What we can?t guarantee:
We cannot guarantee that the error light in your vehicle will go away.
If an error light is still on upon re-installation of the module we serviced, it is highly likely the SRS Airbag Module may not have been the issue causing it. You will need to have professional diagnostics conducted on your vehicle (at your own expense) to determine your actual issue. In this instance your unit will NOT be eligible for refund for services we provided.
