Your order will usually be shipped the day after receipt of your payment however in case we do not have in stock one of the products you ordered and during busy times a short delay is possible.

We use a courier service for the majority of our dispatches, most of our couriers will attempt delivery and if unsuccessful they will hold the goods in their nearest depot to you for collection. Keeping the above in mind please do not arrange delivery to a location where you will not be able to accept it.   

If your delivery is visibly damaged on the exterior of the box please make sure you sign for it as 'DAMAGED'
