All devices have been removed from working environments so may have additional scratches, dints broken clips, missing screws, missing caddies, dust, sticker residue etc and may need further cleaning.

If multiple job lots are purchased, we are unable to combine postage, most lots are based on weight due to shipping restrictions.

Common Q&A & Testing Notes With Our Joblots/Bulk Items

Testing
Where possible with our Laptop joblots we will attempt to quickly boot to BIOS to ensure this is accessible. Below is an excerpt from our testing sheet advising if each device would successfully boot to bios at the time of testing. If the device is received and it will not boot to BIOS we will NOT compensate for this issue so please keep this in mind before bidding/Purchasing. The excerpt below is taken prior to packing storage and shipping.

Additional Damages/Missing Parts/Faults Damages During Shipping
All our joblots are strictly sold for spares or repairs, meaning we will never compensate for any additional issues which are found on the devices. Our primary aim is to give these devices a second lease of life allowing companies or individuals to learn and repair their own IT equipment saving the device from landfill, sadly with high overheads it is sometimes not possible for us to refurbish all IT assets which are collected therefore the items are sold on to be refurbished by a third party. We have sold 100s of these joblots and still managed to maintain a high feedback level. It is never our intention to deceive a potential buyer however we would advise for you to expect additional faults and budget for these before purchasing or bidding on any of our joblot items.

Delivery Guarantee Returns About Us

Orders placed before 1 PM will be dispatched the same day via next-day fully insured delivery. If the item is urgently required for the next-day & and purchased after 1 PM please enquire before purchasing as depending on workload we may still be able to ship your item for next-day delivery

The postage method can be confirmed by checking the “postage and payments” tab included in the listing including the name of the courier we will be using. All services are fully tracked with GPS and delivery photos to avoid fraudulent activity or claims. Some of our lower-value items will not qualify for next-day delivery as standard however,

If you are located in the Scottish Highlands, Isle-of-Man, Northern Ireland or remote UK areas an additional surcharge will be applied during checkout. A slightly slower service may also be used if the next day is not available. Please enquire before purchasing if this is an issue.

All our international postage is handled by eBay & and their Global Shipping Programme. We have no control over the import taxes or couriers, this is handled by eBay as we ship to eBays global shipping centre and have no control over the item once it arrives at the GSP facility. eBay will also be able to supply VAT invoices for this transaction as the supplied invoice by us will not include all import fees which are applied by eBay and the global shipping programme.

Our spares and repairs/joblot devices come with no warranty or guarantee and all information included in the original listing is for guidance only.

If a claim is made that the item is not as described or defective in order to obtain a free return label and this cannot be verified we will report the issue to eBay for the appropriate action to be taken against your eBay account, the return postage may be deducted from the refund. We offer no returns for our faulty, spares and repairs or joblot items. Items are sold AS-IS and it is the buyers responsibility to ensure terms and conditions have been read carefully before bidding or purchasing.

We do not sell faulty spares or repairs items on the basis that they are attempted to be repaired and then returned if they cannot be, they are strictly sold for spares or repairs. In the past we have had buyers swap parts and attempt to return the items. Due to this reason all parts and devices are security marked & if a fraudulent claim is made the cost of any removed part will be deducted from the item refund & your account will be reported to eBay.

If a fraudulent claim is made that the item is faulty and the fault cannot be replicated on return, we will report the issue to eBay for the appropriate action to be taken against your eBay account and any return postages or used consumables may be deducted from your refund.

Our Mission is to reduce the amount of E-waste which is currently being thrown into landfill on a yearly basis. Buying refurbished doesn't only save you money, but also gives you peace of mind that you are helping save the environment. All assets are removed of all traces of previous ownership & tested to standards which are even more thorough than when they originally left the factory.
