Please ensure you have checked your spelling when requesting personalisation as I will print the personalisation exactly how it is sent through to me.

Once your order's in, I'll start crafting this awesome design for you and your fur buddy. Then, I'll make sure it's packed up snug and ready to ship straight to your door!

Postage & Delivery:

All orders will take 2 business days to make before dispatch. This allows me to put care into your gift, packaging it and sending it out correctly. Please note, during busy periods your order may be dispatched after 2 business days. 

If you need your order earlier than this, please message me!

Orders under £10 will be dispatched via 2nd class post. Orders over £10 will be dispatched via Royal Mail's 48hr Tracked service at no additional cost to you.

Breakages:

All of my items come very well packaged but unfortunately, breakages can happen. To help us send replacements quickly, I recommend that you open all products upon receipt of your parcel.

Any breakages should be notified to us with photographic evidence of the breakage, within the first 48 hours of signing for your delivery.

I will then arrange to replace your item subject within 2 business days.

I will unfortunately not be able to accept claims for damaged goods if more than 48 hours after delivery have passed.
