Shipping and Returns - UK

We offer our customers fast and free tracked shipping in premium packaging. Orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 as standard. If this service is not available for your location then an equivalent Royal Mail service will be selected. Orders over £150 will be sent via Special Delivery at no additional cost.

We offer FREE tracked international shipping to the US and Canada. Wargame Wares has a lot of experience in shipping to the US and Canada, with orders going on a near daily basis.

Note that for US orders there is a change in customs procedure above the "de minimis" - which is USD 800. This means that duties will be owed by the buyer to US customs at or above this amount. This includes multiple orders sent within a short time period.

Note that for Australian orders there is a duty limit at AUD 1000. This means that duties will be owed by the buyer to Australian customs at or above this amount. This includes multiple orders sent within a short time period. Duties should not be owed below this amount but we advise you to check with Australian customs for any further queries. Additionally, import documentation will need to be submitted to customs above AUD 1000 by the importer (the buyer).

We offer delivery through the eBay Global Shipping Programme and direct shipment in some cases. For GSP, please understand that prices are set by eBay and fulfilment is handled by eBay and their partners. Our responsibility is to ship to their UK facility for processing. Buyer and seller are generously covered by eBay in the event of any issue. Combined orders should be possible by adding all items to the cart and THEN checking out. If there is a problem please message us for assistance. A custom combined lot can be put together if there are problems getting it combined. Note that shipping costs provided via GSP are calculated outside of our control.
