12 pages are in good shape considering age, from 1883!

Binding is stitched, comes in shadow box, as pictured.

Printed paper is 12.25" x 9.5", shadow box is 15.25" x 12" x 2.5".

Will reduce shipping a lot without shadow box, just lmk.
