You are looking at a Mark McGwire limited edition (#14567 of 25,000) Highland Mint bronze medallion coin in mint, untouched condition. Please see pics. 

This Mark McGwire medallion coin comes in its original velvet display box and is protected in a hard case capsule (see photo).

The front/obverse side of the coin features Mark McGwire's Upper Body, his printed name, and his MLB #25.

The reverse side of this silver coin includes Mark McGwire's record breaking single season 70 home runs on September 27th, 1998 in St. Louis. The pitcher was Carl Pavano who threw a fast ball pitch on a 0/0 count. The ball was hit 370 ft to left field. In addition to this medallion being Officially Licensed By The MLBpa, The Limited Edition stamp is stated as well.
