Import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

Your order usually will be shipped 1-2 working days for the US stock items.

For the China stock items, we'll ship it with DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT or EMS within 3-10 working days after payment received and will arrive in 4-7 days after shipping (SpeedPak about 7-20 days).

In order to receive the goods as soon as possible, we need you to fill in your shipping information correctly.

All of our items can be returned within 30 days. When returning, please check the condition of the goods to ensure they are new.

If the return/replacement is not caused by our mistake (such as incorrect product), the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping fee.

Please note that before returning the item, you need to apply for approval before returning it. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service for assistance.

We only  accept returns with original package. Please make sure that item has no man-made sabotage. Used items will not be accepted for return.
