Very scarce first edition of 1626 of this work about the life of San Feliciano protector of the city of Foligno written by the historian Lodovico Jacobilli (Roma 1598-Foligno 1664).

The same year was published another edition but with a variation to the title. 

in page B3v portrait of San Feliciano and in the background view of the city of Foligno coloured by hand as also the vignette and decorated capital letter in pag 189, vignette in the last page.

The colouring is of 19th century.

Half leather cover of 19th century with gilted title and decorations in good conditions with wearings in the edges and spine. Binding in good conditions. Pages in good conditions with foxing.Light dup stains in the edges. Some restaurations in the edges: verso of the title page, pag. 15, 79, last page with no loss of text. Horizontal tear in pag. 5. Restored tear in pag. 23 with light loss of some letter. In 16. cm 18x13,5. Pp. 192+(20).

Rarissima prima edizione del 1626 di questa opera sulla vita di San Feliciano Protettore della città di Foligno scritto dallo storico e presbitero Lodovico Jacobilli (Roma 1598-Foligno 1664).

Lo stesso anno venne pubblicata un'altra edizione ma con una variazione sul titolo. 

Alla carta B3v ritratto di San Feliciano e sullo sfondo la città di Foligno colorata a mano cosi come la vignetta e lettera iniziale a pag 189, finalino all'ultima carta.

La coloritura è ottocentesca.

Marca editoriale al frontespizio: In cornice figurata leone con volpe sulla schiena e sullo sfondo alture. 

Dedica al Cardinale Savelli. 

Alla fine del volume elenco di importanti personaggi di Foligno talvolta con cenni sulla loro vita.

In buone condizioni.

Copertina in mezza pelle ottocentesca con titolo e decorazioni in oro al dorso in buone condizioni generali con lievi usure ai margini e dorso. Legatura in buone condizioni. Pagine in buone condizioni con fioriture. Lievi gore d'umidità marginali. Alcuni restauri marginali: verso del frontespizio, pag. 15, 79, ultima carta senza perdita di testo. Strappo orizzontale a pag. 5. Strappo restaurato a pag. 23 con leggera perdita di qualche lettera. In 16. cm 18x13,5. Pp. 192+(20).
