Okay...I have limited knowledge of stamps, apart from a bit of collecting as a kid, so here goes.  Our uncle was a serious philatelist and we're just beginning to get a handle on his vast collection.

This is a USPS PS Form 3849-A customized for the Guilford Station Post Office in Greensboro, North Carolina and used as a Postage Due/Collection receipt.  It's one of SEVEN we have listed on eBay so check them all out.  Very unusual indeed.

CONDITION:  Good used condition.  Faint moisture stain at upper right.
