No, our shoes are shipped from China, with a handling time of 2-6 business days. We offer free standard shipping, which typically takes around 10-15 days, though occasionally it may extend further, similar to the official website's shipping times. 

4.  Will Chinese holidays affect shipping times?

Yes, similar to holidays like Christmas, Chinese holidays can impact shipping times. During certain holidays, such as Chinese New Year, the entire country observes a shutdown, resulting in an adjusted handling time.

5. Return Policy

Our return policy extends for 7 days from the date of delivery. When initiating a return, kindly ensure that the shoes are returned in the same condition as they were received. Please be advised that the cost of shipping for the return shall be the buyer's responsibility unless the shoes are found to be counterfeit.
