Antique Edwardian Victorian Green and Black Plaid Wool Skirt Gold Buttons AS IS. Here we have a lovely antique skirt made of a green and black plaid wool. This skirt has a unique design with a flap at the center front waist with three gold toned buttons on either side for closure. Hidden in the interior waist band is a single pocket. The back of the buttons are marked with "H &C, Philadelphia & N.Y." The skirt is unlined and has a slight train. There are two large pleats in the center back for value in the skirt.
