Collectors box has signs of wear as shown in photos. Most of the items are factory sealed inside of box. Please note there is some lifting on the corner of mouse pad as shown in photos. The game disc is in excellent condition and comes with activation key. Please note there are four codes for other games included, but we do not know if the codes are still valid. The bonus DVD, soundtrack and art book are all factory sealed.
