2 WCTU related postcards referencing FRANCIS WILLARD.  The top postcard shows her and her statue in the National Statuary Hall in the Capitol Washington D.C. that was selected to represent the State of Illinois.  It is undivided back era copyright 1906 used  1909.  The bottom postcard shows her and an image of a modest house that is her birthplace with message of Home Protection.  This postcard appears to be a divided back era unused est. 1910 but this one may be newer.  Condition is top very good, and bottom is also very good because it is about 3/8" narrower.  Condition is always a subjective determination, so please review the scans and make your own judgement as to condition.

According to Wikipedia, the Woman’s Christian Temperance Union WCTU was organized December 23, 1873 in Hillsboro Ohio for the purpose of creating a sober and pure world through abstinence from alcohol, purity and evangelical Christianity.  Its first President was Annie Wittenmyer. The organization expanded its efforts, including political participation (remember women could not vote at this time) under its second President Frances Willard who served from 1879 until her death in 1898.  The WCTU remains active to this day, albeit much smaller in membership from its early 1900 to 1960 level.
