All of our products originate from the UK and will be shipped directly to UK within 2 days of a purchase been made. We aim to deliver your package within 5 working days.

We are committed to customer satisfaction - if you receive any merchandise that you are unhappy with for any reason, simply return it to us within 30 days and we will happily refund. Please note that upon returning the product\s we kindly ask you to write down the ORDER NUMBER of your order underneath your ADDRESS.

Returns must be:

- Accompanied by your proof of purchase (i.e. online order confirmation, dispatch e-mail or dispatch note)

- In the original packaging and/or with the original tags attached

- In an unworn condition, footwear must not have been worn outside

- Customer is responsible for return shipping

- Refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 days of receipt

Goods are faulty on arrival:

In cases where goods appear to be faulty on arrival, please contact our friendly Customer Services team at eBay within 30 days of receiving your items. The cost of the return will be covered by Arcade London and we will issue a refund.
