POSTAGE TERMS

  • P&P is as quoted in the listing. International buyers are welcome, anyone who's country is not listed who wishes to bid please e-mail me first for a P&P price.
  • The P&P cost includes any relevant insurance and packaging materials, not just postage.
  • Please make payment within 3 days of end of auction: once payment has been received items will be dispatched within 3 working days but I aim to dispatch as soon as possible. If for any reason you require longer than 3 days for payment please contact me within 24 hours of the item listing ending, I am willing to be flexible provided you communicate with me.
  • Once items have been dispatched the responsibility for lost or damaged items is with the Royal Mail or whichever service is being used: I always obtain proof of postage with appropriate levels of compensation. - Please be aware that the Royal Mail, for example, will not accept claims for lost items until 15 days after the item has been sent. I will try and assist you as much as I can in the event of lost or damaged items.

Though more often than not there are no issues with postage - If you do not pay to have item tracked and there are issues beyond my control (with postal service) I will not be responsible or accountable for these problems...
