NOTE: A couple of the mounting brackets have had their adhesive strips' backing peeled and put back on, but their adhesive has not been compromised. 

REGARDING TESTING: This product has been carefully unpacked and examined, and may show fingerprints or other minor signs of consumer handling from this process. All components and documentation are confirmed present, except for the screws mentioned above. All light diodes have been confirmed to function properly, as has the HDMI box. 

Important Note: When purchasing an open-box Govee product, it's not uncommon for them to have been returned due to prior owners improperly linking them to their Govee app accounts. In these cases, the lights are still perfectly serviceable, but they must be disassociated with the previous owner's account before they can be set up for the new owner. Govee customer support can handle this quickly and free of charge.
