Frameable double page from an 1896 issue of  the French Illustrated newspaper, L'Illustration. L'Illustration was perhaps the foremost French weekly illustrated for the latter part of the nineteenth and early part of the twentieth century.

Printed on quality paper. Normally there will be another article, drawing or photograph to back. Unless a supplement in which case the backs are likely to be clean. Obviously any text, including the captions to prints will be in French. L'Illustration was a French language newspaper.

Measurements for a single page are approximately 38cm x 28cm
