RARE ANTIQUE STONEWARE  WHISKEY FLAGON

THOMAS FELCH GROCER 60 SOUTH ST. NEW YORK.

This hand thrown stoneware flagon is marked with impressed lettering  

  THOMAS FELCH GROCER

No. 60, SOUTH ST. NEW YORK 

It measures 8" high by 7" diameter

Its condition is generally very good with the usual firing blemishes. There is a small old chip from the base of the handle and a larger chip under the base (see photos)

I cannot find anything about the history of Thomas Felch grocer of 60 South St. New York, but someone may be able to research this.
