This is a vintage General Electric Sealed Beam head light bulb with a manufacturer part number of 4031. It is a PAR 46 bulb with a voltage of 6V and wattage of 35W. The bulb is clear and comes as a single item. It was manufactured in the United States and is a vintage part. This bulb was specifically designed for military head lamps and is 5 inches in size.
Tested and working and still has the mounting screw attached on cardboard to the back prong. Original box states it was packed in April of 1951. Glass on the lens has "TOP", at the top and bottom states "Glass Seal". Box is complete but a bit dusty and soiled. Came in the original shipping box, but that box deteriorated and had to throw out.
