Free Shipping We offer free shipping to most of the UK with a normal delivery time of 3-5 days. As we are a UK based family business, all our stock is owned and distributed by us. We do not dropship, nor do we "import to order". This means we can quality check every item before we ship it, and you can expect delivery a few days (or sooner) after order, as opposed to a few weeks. We can also expedite shipping and respond promptly to custom or expedite requests. We do not sell stock that we do not physically own.

Expedited Delivery We offer next day and regular services, always tracked and always insured for your safety; free shipping applies to mainland UK, no PO Boxes allowed. If you're in the Highlands & Islands (enjoying those breathtaking views!), feel free to reach out for a custom quote before making a purchase. The exception to this rule is AFPO/APO boxes (Military). Local pickups and combined shipping options are possible if you message before purchase!

Transparency To ensure both competitive pricing and free shipping, we work with a variety of couriers depending on item size and weight. Your courier will be specified during checkout, and alternate options are almost always available. If you prefer a different courier, we'll simply apply their additional fee, typically just a few pence for parcels under 1kg!

Returned products must be returned in the same condition in which you received it and in the original packaging.

If a product is damaged in transit, you may return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it, we also request you notify us immediately of damage on receipt of parcel, so we may start a claim with your carrier.
