Very small silver glass Kugel Christmas Ornament. Early 1900s  heavier French Ornament

Kugels are made of a heavy glass, and are some of the earliest glass ornaments created in Germany.  The color of the kugel is the color of the glass. In this case, clear glass and silvered inside.  Flat top, with a brass patterned top, and a continuous seamless round loop to hang on the tree. Yes, there are many "fakes" out there, but these are authentic, and I guarantee that. We are downsizing due to age... No, I am not a ancient as a kugel, but some days feel so.  

THIS PARTICULAR KUGEL was made in the early 1900s in France, and has the same characteristics as their German counterparts, but are a bit later than the Germans.

These  ornaments being listed today are vintage, not reproductions. I guarantee that.  I start all my auctions at .99 cents as it is an auction and I just never cared when I went to live auction and the auctioneer started very high, and then spent time backing down to get a bid.  I know it is a low bid, but that is how I list every item on Ebay.
