Formed aluminum conducts heat and bakes evenly for a perfect finish.  Classic Bundt pan is made of lightweight formed aluminum, not to be confused with our heavier cast versions. Before each use, brush with solid vegetable shortening and dust with flour. Alternatively, you can use baking spray with flour in it allows the details to be more defined. Recipes vary, fill pan no more than three-quarters full to avoid overflow during baking. The nonstick finish made without PFAS works best with higher sugar and flour content of cakes and desserts.
