1) This is a preloved item
2) The figure has slight wear to the paint but it is mostly intact, the most notable wear being on the front of the shoes and on the fists.
3) The figure has a couple of light scratches and some tiny dents but these would not be visible from a distance
4) The figure has tiny splodges of blue paint on it that were likely the result of the reduction process.
5) There is a tiny bit of red ink on the shoulder plate.
6) The moving parts of the body, the arms, appear to function as intended as they could be turned as much as they seemed safe and had no problems in doing this.
