A work cap of the former Japanese Navy officer.
 It is from the time of the war. 

There is no name or dimensions written on it,
 but I hear it belongs to a lieutenant.
It will be size 3.
Insgnia is a white plateau with black thread woven
 with cherry blossoms and anchors for officers.
Two black cotton lines are sewn on the sides to 
indicate officers.
The chin strap has ear fittings.
The item has some signs of use, but is in
 good condition with no tears or fraying.
