It's from a vintage kimono that my wife owned. Last photo shows how the original kimono looks like (this photo is for information only, as the listing is for a fabric rather than the whole dress).
Material: silk
The
particular type of silk is called chirimen, using traditional
Japanese weaving technique. Chirimen fabric is a silk crepe, the
ultimate luxury fabric for kimono.

PLEASE NOTE: This
is a vintage fabric, so there may be some imperfections (there's a small cut near the edge). The overall condition is very good.
